No Spark

Anyone know how much voltage it takes for a Multi Spark Box to function? I just got done setting up the crankcase evac. Thought i would fire the engine up. No spark from the coil wire. Then i checked it by hooking up a jumper on the multi spark box wires that go to the dist. (connecting and disconnecting the jumper watching the coil wire). Spark was fine. Hooked the wires back into the dist. No Spark again. Checked the voltage of the battery 11.02 volts. Dam spark box.

Nevermind. It was a voltage issue. Hooked the charger set it on 200 amp starting, cranked over, fired right up. 11 volts was not enough for the multi spark box.
