"You rev it up and throw it into gear!" Just kidding! Check out your local lake LEOs before running that air scoop/flame arrestor. It looks like a non-approved air intake and may get you a ticket. Please do a little "check up" on all the nuts bolts and hull seals, battery and tune up before you go boating. Make sure your first drive is a happy one. Looks very nice for it's age!

I have had it for a week and havnt gone fishing yet.Lots of tiding up.Having the battery zoom past your head etc. not for me.I keep looking at the runners for cracks etc.The ignition switch liked to stick-lol,I had to move the seat back.It looked like it was set up for a midget.The normal wood wedges for mounting the seat had 2x4's added moving the seat a total of 3 1/2 inches foward.Another week and we will drop it in the Sacramento river and float it around some :)

I ran accross this pic on the net.Check the air scoops.I went and got mine out of the trash after seeing this. lol

It looks like a flame arrestor , should be legal???..:confused:
