Thought I recognized that boat!.
There was a lot of info about it on the old site- Old Rigger sold it to a guy who hooked it up to his car and the ball was the wrong size and it ended up in a field!! When he got it home he ran a garden hose to the engine filled it with water and started it and ruined the engine. Where it was and who painted it blue I don't know but it sat outdoors in Santa Cruz for a few years and the wood deck got ruined- I bought it from a guy in Fresno about a year agohttp://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee81/156champ/100_0229-1-1.jpg
