I am looking into purchasing this crower manifold. The manifold is all that is for sale. Asking $300 is it worth that.

Hey Louis, does that manifold look like the picture????, going by the picture it sure looks beat up, the shafts look all rusty, is there any slop in the shafts??, just by the pic I wouldn't give that much for it???.....

Paul sold me a complete Enderle for $500.00 minus pump.
I'll sell it to you for $1,000.00.:p:D:D
That wouldn't fit on a huffer anyway.

Look a little rough and needs a lot of parts Louis. At least is has the barrel valve linkage, I just paid 57 bucks for that one item. The throttle shaft bores, shafts and butterflys have to be in good condition to be worth anything.

Yea that is kinda what I was thinking. I only have the one pic and no way of looking at it it in person.
What do you mean it won't fit a huffer. Some baling twine, duck tape and some silicone and I am good to go.

Hey flatmvn, I like your thinking and mechanical approach to this situation lol.
I'm impressed by your mechanical aptitude and use of industry proven parts. May I suggest instead of duck (duct) tape, that perhaps gaffa tape be used, but then again duck tape and water have a good relationship to each other. Dow Corning or Permatex would be my choice for silicone and may I also suggest that if you use bailing twine through the bolt holes, that you thread the twine through at least twice.
Finally a 9' grinder will get rid of the rust on the shafts!!!
Hope I've been some assistance.:D
Cheers
