I really dont want to post, while licking my wounds, I cant seem to find out what's wrong with my 468. Two flips, three blown motors , upset people, BUT both drivers OK, just sore, and enough whining jerks to last a lifetime!

Thirteen inboard racers which included a vintage 225 Hydro named 'Mr. Bud' that squared off with a 2 liter that resembled a drag hydro.

Terrific weather, triangle course, three classes of flats, good food, pretty girls and I didnt have any fun, except seeing the newcomers, the Weber family, sweep three classes: Dad won SK, son Levi won the fast 468s and his Grampa watching from the beach with an armpit to armpit smile! A Happy Fathers Day for some, hope it was for you.

Now, I need to work my ___ off for Burley....

The cagey veteran, 28 years since driving race boats, Dave also won the N.E. or Vintage speed limit class. Dude, I said 'SWEEP'. He just reminded me by phone so I will remind him he is still a 'LURKER". Get an email Dave! You can correct all my posts! Good Mexican Food eh Gringo?!

Yup, he and Dave talked recently, and Don had not known of Nostalgia racing until that call so I assume he went there to see us or just return to the pits! Don, its great to welcome you and other boat builders and v-drivers back in time to a happier place! Tastin had 6 flats I hear.
I also met a gentleman at Banks race who worked with Pete Jacobson on the MC or AMC (American Muffler Center) and I was correct in blabbing they were a copy of Howards as far as hull design and a modified Rayson Craft deck. Cool boats with their low profile. Could the Marlin also be a Howard? Who knows....
