You might have to have that made or make one youself as they are each different to application. Some slip over and others slip inside. I don't think there is a standard size one.

Finding this out...
The shop I asked to rebuild the drive lost it... now they are out of business... as I am...
The tube diameter is 5-1/4" I.D.
I have a Bridgeport in the garage, but a lathe would be nice....

Hi there George1301.
I was looking at the Glenwood Marine catalog & they have one (catalog No. 337500 Item No. 0850) but like RiverRacer's it's 5" ID, but it looks like it could be milled out to take yours or have RR make you one...
Cheers

When I measured it last night with a tape... looked to be 5.250"....
This drive is the smaller... 1.375" input shaft... 1.00" output.
Also... The flange plate that mounts on the input shaft, the U-joint coupler plate mates to... Is my vibration culprit..! It is not "flat" to the Coupler plate of the U-Jount..!
And... the recessed area is damaged by the previous owner... I thought I cleaned it enough... but...
If you were to make me the mounting ring, I would be very thankful... If you wish, I could $$$ in advance by PayPal or..?
Also... If you have a coupler that would fit the 1.375 input shaft to the large U-Jount..?
I want to say the 3150 series is the larger of the two sizes..?
++++++++++++++++++++++
As for my problem with the Idler pulley on the 8-71 BDS setup... I think I should be able to do the re-machining on my mill to fix.... By the way... Who carries the BDS line nowadays..?
I also need to locate a replacement belt... I am told is a 8mm..? It is a Goodyear, p/n on the belt... W7100.... And... Is there one that would be a couple inches longer..? I would like to move the Idler pulley outward a bit more to clear the waterpump lines better...
Your thoughts would be graetly appreciated..!

Thanks for the lead.
Years ago when I did engines for Bill back in the eighties there in Whittier area... BDS was just down the road... Did not know they still existed... :)
Anywho... will give them a call.
As for Casale parts..? Mainly the coupler that slides onto the input shaft that the U-joint flange plate bolts to... If I had a lathe would be a snap to fix... now I need as well.
Thanks for the info...!

Wow, can't imagine how that coupler would be bent, are you sure that it's not the index not fitting??, like the wrong coupler for the driveline????..... What kind of mount do you want, the kind that just bolts over the cap or one that replaces the cap??, PM me with the info!...
