If it's a 72 it should have HIN numbers on it somewhere, unless someone ground them off????..

I don't remember seeing the girls in your boat though, so I am having a hard time seeing the similarities.

So if no HIN #'s its Older?

HIN # were not required until 72, but a lot MFG's put them on the transom on the outside and some put it on the inside of the transom, on the outside it's kinda ugly so a lot of people have been known to fill it in when they paint the boat, take a look on the inside you may find it somewhere, could even be on the stringer somewhere!..

Like RR said 'some put the number on the outside of the transom'. I found mine when I pulled all the cavitation gear off & there it was on the upper rh side under the plate that the pillow blocks bolted to. This was on a Rayson Craft but unless I had stripped the hull I would never have found it ... I'm sure there are some bods on this forum that have or know of people who have 'stripped' down a Sanger & might be aware of the location of the number. There might even be some elder folk who have connections that worked with Sanger Jack. Just a thought. Cheers!

In my experience they never seem to like our boats in real life. I dunno I have been around town when I was younger with my blown sb chevy pu and hardly got a second look, use my Dads 79 Lincoln convertable (1 of 10) and they are always checking the car out.

Ya well no girl has ever layed on my deck like that! I wouldnt let her! Ok I would in a minute, just never had the chance. Well except for Orca, aka 10 speed, and that was a mistake, anybody that has been to Valleyfield knows who I am talking about. Hell Virgina just about kicked her out of there pit.

Is "Orca" a nick-name?!?!?!?!?! :D :D :D :D

Yep it is a nick name, and she is very tiny, and my wife always kept an eye on me when she was around. She started out with a GP team, then went to a Can Am team, then to a JS team, then to a 5Litre team, the 2.5. Get the picture?? LOL.

I know exactly what you mean, there were always these couple of girls that would come out to Ming when we were racing there. None of us had their #'s and we never envited them, but we never told them to go home either

Yep those are the ones. I am looking for one for this year in Valleyfield to hold the boat while I get strapped in. Send resumes and Pics to brgoodwin28@hotmail.com.
