norcal73..thanks for the message...v-driveboat.com members...i had completed the mission yoli and i were on...securing a very early model louis brumett mandella saturday the 15th..3:30 in the afternoon...had just thrown a cover over her to keep her dry...and my sister called telling me to quick get to the clearlake hospital..that my mother was there and had just had a embalic stroke...a shooting bloodclout to the brain stem....the dream i was in sudenly turned to the worst nightmare you could imagine..she was life flighted to Stanford university hospital in palo alto ca immediately and this is where we are.saturday night my sister and father arrived behind the helicopter and my mother...and the nightmare continued as we said our goodbys seeing the devistation that had occured to her life form..the medical teams here continue to bring my mother out of the comotos state and she IS still with us...that is the miracle news...the lord and all of the parents who have sent their children to schools of higher education to provide us with this human care ...there is no words at this moment...thankyou students ...all of you walking through these corridors savfing the rest of us when we collapse..i am serious..we are in a great great great world...allways have been!my mother is responding to commands with stimulation and we know she can hear us...in the icu bed next to my mother was a young girl who was totally immobilized ..her name is ashely...and she just staired out at us and looked around...and she gave me hope....i knew she was in there and saturday am she was the only witness as i wretched with pain and sobbed and clutched my mother...and i continued to for the past days to smile and make eye contact with ashely and not let my mother be alone inside here head ..i continued to wisper every visit to not be frightened and to Know that we know she may be scarred and to not be to the best of her ability...oh the suffering of being alone inside not knowing we on the outside know you are there...ashely was moved an hour ago to another elevated medical institution...as she was being rolled out i ran up to and said"ashely...thankyou for being a good roommate with my mother"..and her lips moved and she worded "your welcome"...my mother is coming out of this devistating stroke...showing facial expressions,squeezing her hands and wigling her toes..you being here..thankyou guys...AzDon Nick et al ok here i go chris wilson..in the care of God Stanford V-driveboat.com over and out
