This boat was listed as a 72' sanger family ski, but I haven't ever seen a sanger like it. Is this truly a sanger and has anyone seen a boat like it?

Look's like a Sanger tournament style ski boat. I didn't think they made them in 72 but I never paid much attention to them. Go to craigs list punch in Sanger there's probably 10-15 on there. I know in my area there is...

I looked at a Sanger like that for sale and it WAS a v-drive with a BBC, velvetdrive and Casale. I believe the model was called a Carribean.
There were several other manufacturers making jet-boats with that basic top design. Some folks refer to those boats as "cheap sunglasses"

I can't find any on craigslist or anywhere else. It was a 72' with an "FE", velvet drive and casale. Here is another pic.

I didn't mean the exact boat just the tournament style that Sanger builds. If you punch in Sanger on craigslist Sacramento and forget about the year you'll see quite a few of this style.

Hey Flatbroke,
How do you like having that auto tranny in your Fine family skier? Only one I know of except mine. I put a turbo 350 in mine, mainly use it for skiing, tubing, etc.

Not too good at this yet.
