Dang.
How many you got goin' on right now? I'm in NC. What do you have going on in Cali? I seem to have heard, but have forgotten.
I was at Paul Fitzgerald's shop last week; we did lunch Monday nearby and talked for awhile. We were discussing BBC building etc. We use the same chrome/polishing shop in Concord.
The hull was in primer and was getting a 150 grit massage when I stopped by.

Dave, that is my nephews , I bought it new in 69 or 70. Paul is restoring it for him. It is a Whitcraft, there may not be anyone on this board that knows what that is.They are a mix between a Mandella and a Sanger.....very fast down the straits but does not turn verry well......I have a Rayson Craft GN in Cal , GN 117 that is under going a restoration. Art, no they were only a few made......not sure how many. Joe Whitley made them in Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach Fl.He was an Engineer that worked with the Space Industry. A few years ago I talked to Roger or Gary , I cant remember, they owned the Molds and lived in Winston NC. They bought the Molds and were going to build a few more. Dave, do you know these guys ?

Bill, do you know what year that was ? There was a guy by the name of Dan Hagaman that ran in SK as well....he lived in Chattanooga also. There was a few that raced from here....there was a meet at Guntersville, Ala.

Name sounds familiar, There was a racer can’t recall his name out of NJ I think that also ran a 7liter Lauterbach that owned the Whitcraft before Goodman.
Around 1975 they had the eastern divisional I think in Guntersville. Goodman went but had a hull that my partner and I had built under the mfg. Name “Performance Marine products” The name of that boat was My Prayer I think the # was SK 129.
The hulls we built came from the profile line that Ed Bradfeild built under the name Speed Marine.
Some of his hulls were the original Steeler, Tanqueray. Cream Dementh, Drambuie,
