Looking for my Pop's old ski race boat, 1966 Wickens. Soon as i figure out how to upload pics I'll post one of the boat. Me & my Dad ran in the old Pacific Coast Speedboat & Waterski Racing Association, from 1963 to 1969. Just built a river pad at Parker. My folks are down from Idaho, we're going to Parker this coming week for the flat bottom regatta, 4 th year in a row, the 'ol man ( 83 yrs young ) still gets "that look " :D at these races  We were members of the Long Beach Boat & Ski Club, LA Boat & Ski Club

This is the boat we're looking for. Last we know somebody in Phoenix bought it from David Lester. The trailer was home built by my Dad, had a telescoping tounge on it.

No I have never seen that one. I am a little on the young side for that one
Although I have seen the one that they used to go across from Cibola AZ to California which was located about 20 miles south of the one in the pic. My Dad was the operator of it in the mid to late 50's and early 60's
I think they have that same picture hanging in our historical society museum here.
